Experimental Science Activities
Students will expand their knowledge base through science experiments as well as develop crucial skills such as collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.
Grade-Level Math Classes
Students are organized into small grade-level groups for math lessons. Through this, students will maintain their math skills over the long summer. 1-1 math help is provided.
*ESL Immersion Activities
*Depending on enrollment* EL students will engage in fun activities to practice English speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills in a safe environment.
Sample Schedule
2-Hour Session in Total
9:00-9:10 - check-in & warm-up activities
9:10-9:40 - group science activity
9:40-9:50 - clean up & transition
9:50-10:20 - grade level math class
10:20-10:50 - 1-1 help & independent work
10:50-11:00 - games & check-out
